These courses are based off the SCA (Speciality Coffee Association) curriculum for barista skills and include beginner or intermediate SCA certification. 3 weeks of in depth lessons will cover topics such as coffee growth and origins, processing methods, roasting, espresso and recipes, milk steaming and latte art, grinders and machine maintenence, business skills and planning, and more.

Our goals are for you to complete this course inspired, more than equipped to enter the barista workforce, begin new endeavours in coffee, and extend your knowledge to a new level.
